Well that wasn't a good way to start off the season last night. I thought NY would come out strong and then the Skins would come back to skeak in the late cover. Well the first thing happen, and then they both stunk the bed in the second half. No worries here though, because we have a boat load of games on Sunday to pick from.
Kansas City vs New England (-17)
What's that you say? Brady with a hurt foot and you are giving up 17 freaking points.
That should cure a injured foot! That's right, we are going to ride the magic train from last year. New England will be ready to go in this one to take vengence on the lowly Chiefs from their loss in the Super Bowl. Brady will play and he will be just fine. I don't see anyway the Chiefs who finished the season with a wonderful 0-9 will be able to keep it close. The Pats defense will put the lights out early on LJ and Brady will go home early to his honey Giselle for some tender foot loving care.
Will Vince Young ever live up to the hype, or will his Rose Bowl win be the only thing of importance on his record? The Jags come into this game after a great season last year proving that they might be one of the elite teams. They have the bowling ball Maurice Jones Drew and an angry Fred Taylor to boot too. The Titats still have no offense, but will try and pound the ball with rookie Chris Johnson. The Titans need some time to bloom, and in this first game they will fall flat. Take the Jags as the tear apart the Titans in this one.
It's a hard knock life, it's a hard knock life for Cleveland. The Browns get the gift of playing the high powered offense of the Boys this week. Tony Romo is still dating that country girl Jessica, but he is mature enough to not let those
Will the jinx continue? double D's get in the way. The Browns are led by a banged up Derek Anderson who will struggle to pass against the stout corners of Dallas. Pacman got his quarters reinstated, so that should correct some of the return woes the Cowboys had last year. Look for close to 30 by the Boys as the show everyone why this is the year.
Megatron and his minions will come out firing in this one. Second year WR Calvin Johnson will try to improve on his rookie season with Kitna throwing him bombs. The Falcons have rookie Matt Ryan maning the arm and LDT's backup Michael Turner the new starter. I can't believe I am saying this , but pick the Lions to eat up the Rookie Ryan in this one.
The Texans are looking to prove they made the right pick of Mario Williams over Bush still. Quite frankly, it looks like they did with how lousy Bush has been. Schaub will try and stay healthy this year and lead the Texans to their first playoff berth. The Steerlers have Parker coming back from a broken leg, and will try to take advantage of a weak secondary of the Texans. Look for Holmes to hava big game for Pittsburgh. The Texans have the fire power to keep this one close, and seven points is just to much.
jeez m8, minus 17 on an opening game?? sounds kinda tough.....
i know they are one of the best teams ever...but for the first game.....is Brady playing well? I havent followed up on the pregames and all the transfers to be honest....

Is Kc that bad? I think that's way too many for a rusty Brady, and KC should
follow The Giants playbook on defense from last years Superbowl! What time is this game? Could be my noon pick...KC + 17
