Howdy Folks, Welcome back to the great land of NFL picks. Where who knows what is going to happen from week to week. We saw a New England team that was favored by 20 come back from the dead twice to squeak out the win against the Ravens. We saw a hot Clevland team get pounced on by the Cardinals. Could this be the last shot for the hopeless Fins? I hope not, I would love to see them lose every game for the pathetic team they are. The wacky world of the NFL I tell you. Well off to the races we go. Oakland Raiders (+11) at Green Bay The Packers(10-2 SU, 9-2-1 ATS) are coming off a tough loss to the Cowboys in the battle for the NFC supremecy. Favre got knocked on his bum, and his shoulder and elbow are still tingling. The Packers say he is going to start and play, but if they get any kind of lead in this one I bet they take him out. The Raiders(4-8 SU, 5-7 ATS) are starting to click now with their new coach and have looked strong in their last two. Oakland has found a running game with Favre and their pass defense is one of the top in the league. With Favre's bum shoulder and Da Raiders pass defense I think they can keep this one close. So put on your black and silver spikes and makeup and take the 11 pts. San Diego (-1.5) at Tennessee The Chargers(7-5 SU, 7-5 ATS) are coming off two straight wins where they have won in dominating fashion. It is week 14, and why does that mean anything. Well its Fantasy Football playoff week, and we all know Tomlinson wants to keep his crown of fantasy king. He will score and score a lot this week. The Titans(7-5 SU,6-5-1 ATS) big question mark is bad ass Albert Haynesworth on the defensive front. He is again questionable and might miss the game this week. If that happens you have to take the Chargers and watch them outpace Vince and the Titans this week. Kansas City (+7) at Denver The Broncos(5-7 SU, 3-9 ATS) a couple of weeks ago where on the top of their division. They have stumbled in their last two and now find themselves in a must win game against Kansas City(4-8 SU, 5-6-1 ATS). The Chiefs aren't neccesary the top of anything lately. However, the face the worst run defense in the league this week. Kolby Smith has proven that he is a capable back with 223 yards in his last two games. I expect a heavy dose of run left, run right, run up the middle this week against the Broncos. The Chiefs will keep this one within a touchdown this week. Cleveland(-3.5) at NY Jets Well the Browns(7-5 SU, 9-3 ATS) burned most of the gambling nation last week with their flop against the Cardinals. This week they get the Jets(3-9 SU, 4-7-1 ATS) who are coming off a huge win against Miami. If Cleveland wants to prove that they are a contender this year they have to come out strong in this one. This one seems to easy again, so tread carefully. I think the offense of the Browns can light em up if their defense can hold. If the Dog Pound falters this week, then we can't trust them the rest of the season. Arizona (+7) at Seattle The Cardinals(6-6 SU, 7-4-1 ATS) offense is on a roll again with Warner as their leader. They have scored more than 30 points in 3 of their 4 past games. The Seahawks(8-4 SU, 7-4-1 ATS) are looking to win their fifth straight game and clench their poo poo division. The Cardinals have allready beat the Hawks once this year on a last second field goal. In the battle of the birds, I am not sure the red birds will win, but I think they can keep it close. Take the Cardinal and watch them poo on the Seahawks this week. Carolina at Jacksonville(-11) "Last night coach Fox mentioned to the team, 'Hey just go out and have fun,'" Testaverde said. Ok when a coach give the lets just have fun line, I can't trust them anymore. Especially a team that has a QB that is older than old running the boat. Jacksonville(8-4 SU, 8-4 ATS) is coming of a close lost to Indy, and will look to run the ball dall the throats of the Jags with Taylor and the Oompa Loompa. Carolina(5-7 SU, 5-7 ATS) might have beat the lowly Niners last week, but they are no match for the Jags this week.
