Howdy All, *UPDATED PICKS* I am making a quick pick for tonights game, because I feel that is something that I have to do. I will update this later with the rest of the picks of the week. Any time we have one game on TV(not everyones TV though, grrrrrrrrr!!!), we know that gamblers are itching to put some cash down. Also, when two teams are 10-1 and going against each other I fell that I have to say something about it. Check back later for the rest of the games. Green Bay at Dallas (-7) Well this is what we have all been waiting for. The two loved teams of the 90s going against each other. This game brings back memories of the triplets and Favre gunsligging it over the middle. Wait a minute, Favre is still gunslinging it. Thats just amazing. The Cowboys(10-1 SU, 8-3 ATS) have their version of Favre in Tony Romo. Will Romo wilt under the pressure or rise to the top and imitate what he did to Jessica Thanksgiving weekend? Favre has never won at the stadum with a hole in it, and I have a feeling that statement is going to be the same after this game tonight. Green Bay(10-1 SU, 9-1-1 ATS) will spread it out and pass against a vunerable secondary, and Dallas will try to pound the run and take advantage of the questionable Woodsen. The question is will the Pack cover? Hmmm, seven is a lot points but Dallas has destroyed teams at home all year. This is a tough one, but I am going to say Dallas keeps its run at home alive and covers the spread. Houston(+4) at Tennesee The Texans(5-6 SU, 5-6 ATS) have finally gotten healthy with Schaub, Andre, and Green back into the offensive mix. They were back last week too, and got their poo handed to them but lets just hope that was some little left over rust. The Titans(6-5 SU, 5-5-1 ATS) have lost 3 straight and find themselves fighting for their playoff lives this week. Vince Young hasn't looked like his winning self lately by throwing more pics than TDs by a 2-1 margin. I would take the Texans and the 4 points and wouldn't be surprised if they won this game outright. Cleveland (-1) at Arizona The Browns(7-4 SU, 9-2 ATS) are still getting no credit this year as all they do is continue to put up points and win. They have won 2 straight and have scored over 25 points in their last 6 games. The Cardinals(5-6 SU, 6-4-1 ATS) are coming off a heatbreaking loss where their kicker shacked one like the choke job he is. Still they managed to let the worst team in the NFL hang around and win. I just don't have faith in a team to bounce back after a performance like last week. Plus, Cleveland is for real, so learn to deal with it. Play with the Dog Pound this week and you won't regret it. Denver (-3.5) at Oakland Denver(5-6 SU, 3-8 ATS) might have made one of the worst coaching decisions ever last week by kicking to the one person on Chicago that could hurt you on offense. They paid for it, and blew they game where they were leading 34-20 in the fourth quarter. The Raiders(3-8 SU, 4-7 ATS) are coming off their first win in six games and will look to continiue the momentum. However, Culpepper is banged up, and we might see Russell this week in his first start. I think the running game of Denver will pound the weak Raiders run defense all day long, and force the Raiders to pass. When that happens and the Rook is looking for his head, we will be rolling in a win. Jacksonville (+7) at Indianpolis Jacksonville(8-3 SU, 7-4 ATS) has been on fire and has won 3 straight games in commanding fasion. David Garrard has proven to be one of the most consistent QB's in the entire NFL this season. He is making his coach look very smart this year for giving him the starting role. In fact, Garrard hasn't thrown an INT the entire year and has a higher QB rating than Mr. Manning. Crazy Pills!! The Colts(9-2 SU, 7-4 ATS) are still very banged up and haven't been putting up the points that we expect for them. It looks like Harrison will be out again, and Peyton will have to make due against a team that always plays them tough. The Colts might win this one, but giving the Jags 7 points is just a shy too much. Take the felines over the horses this week.
