The first bowl game is finally upon us tonight as the Utes of Utah (8-4 SU, 7-5 ATS) take on the Midshipmen of Navy(8-4 SU, 4-71 ATS).  Other than being the first game of the bowl season, this one doesn't promise a whole heck of a lot of action, unless of course you've got some riding on the game.

The Utes have been impressive throughout the year at stopping the run, and that is pretty much all Navy likes to, or can do.  This year Navy finally got their first win against Notre Dame is 40+ years, but that won't help them tonight.  Utah has had some impressive wins this year, most notably blowing out UCLA and then beating Louisville a few weeks later.  I'd definitely give up the points in this one and take the Utes -8.
