BCS National Championship Game Free Pick

We've waited all season for this day, and it has finally come, albeit not without controversy. LSU (11-2 SU, 4-8-1 ATS) comes into the BCS National Championship Game as the first team to play for the Title with 2 losses. Ohio State (11-1 SU, 7-4-1 ATS) finds itself playing for the Title for the second straight year, and for the second straight year having to beat the top team from the top conference in the land. So, how will they do?

GMAC Bowl Free Pick

The GMAC Bowl is going to be full of points, as both Bowling Green (8-4 SU, 7-4-1 ATS) and Tulsa (9-4 SU, 4-9 ATS) are averaging 32+ points a game. The GMAC Bowl is known for points and this one won't dissapoint. However, what do we do with the spread? One team has done well against the spread this year, and the other has been not so good, actually mirroring their Straight Up record.

International Bowl Free Pick

I'm not really certain how it happened, but somehow there are Bowl games after the 4 BCS games, but before the BCS Championship game on Monday night, and the International Bowl is one of these.  Ball State (7-5 SU, 7-4-1 ATS) is coming out of the MAC conference whose only team to play thus far is Central Michigan, who gave Purdue all they could handle a while back.  Rutgers (7-5 SU, 5-6-1) is coming out of the Big East which went 5-0 in last year's bowl games, but it is an average 2-2 this year.  What do we do with this?

Ball State vs. Rutgers (-11)
The glaring stat of this game is that Ball State is 0-4-1 in Bowl Games, and Rutgers has been to three straight Bowl Games.  You have to think the Scarlet Knights will be ready when this one finally kicks off, and seeing as the spread is getting larger, most people seem to think so also.  I concur, so give up the points and take Rutgers.

2008 Orange Bowl Free Pick

Knasas (11-1 SU, 10-1-1 ATS) has been an unbelievable team this year for bettors.  Take a look at that Against the Spread record... 10-1-1.  Virginia Tech (11-2 SU, 7-4-2 ATS) isn't too shabby either, but Kansas' record is ridiculous.  When I first saw this matchup, I expected about a 6-7 point spread, but seeing as it is now only a 4 point spread, what do we do?

Fiesta Bowl Free Pick

West Virginia comes into the Fiesta Bowl after a month that couldn't have gone any worse. First, they somehow lose to a 28 point underdog in their last regular season game. To top things off, not only was against their rival (Pitt), but it also knocked them out of the BCS Championship game. As if all this wasn't enough, their head coach decides to leave the team immediately and go start recruiting for Michigan. So, how can they respond against Oklahoma (11-2 SU, 6-5-1 ATS) who got into a BCS game by winning the Big 12 title over Missouri.

2007 Sugar Bowl Free Pick

Hawaii (12-0 SU, 4-6-2 ATS) ran the table this year, but still didn't get to play for the title.  They are going to come into this game out to prove they belong, much the same way that Boise State did last year.  Georgia (10-2 SU, 7-4-1 ATS) has been one of the hottest teams in the nation the last couple of months.  They haven't lost since the first week of October, and have been impressive beating teams like Florida, Auburn and Kentucky.  So, do we take the upstart Hawaii warriors or the on fire Bulldogs?
